Shed Designs: How Do You Decide What Is Best For You?
There are many shed designs available from which you can find something that will meet your requirements. Your first step, however, in the process of building a shed, is to decide how you are going to use your shed. In the following paragraphs we’ll be discussing some of what you need to consider before choosing a final design.
Your first decision will be to decide how you are going to use your shed. Will it be just a general purpose storage shed or do you have more specific ideas in mind. Perhaps you’d like a garden shed to keep planting soil, fertilizer and potting materials. Or perhaps you’d like a shed where you can store your garden and lawn equipment such as tractors, trimmers, and rakes.
For these types of sheds a simple design such as a gable or gambrel roof shed will work fine. If you’re thinking about something that’s a little bit unique then you may want to consider a saltbox design.
